On Sunday 6 May 2018, a team of Twilight Aged Care supporters will be taking part in the Sydney Memory Walk & Jog.The staff at Twilight Aged Care know only too well how common this disease is as they deal with it every day within their jobs, so they wished to actively support the work of Dementia Australia.
Our fundraising efforts to date have seen over $1000 committed to the cause, so we have set a new goal of $1500. We are seeking support in one of two ways:
1. Join the Twilight Team – we hope to be a sea of green on Sunday 6th May, 2018 at Leichhardt Oval #3, Maliyawul Street, Lilyfield, NSW.

2. Make a donation – if you can’t join us for the walk we would appreciate any small donation. All donations directly support Dementia Australia’s ability to provide vital support services, such as counselling, support groups and education to help family, carers and professional training.
