NDIS Resources – Complaints and Feedback

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICES THEY RECEIVE.

Most NDIS providers do their best to provide quality support and services to people with disability, but issues can occur.

It’s OK to speak up. This can help to improve services for you and other people. You have the right to raise a concern about NDIS support if you are not happy.

We will work with you, providers, and workers to resolve problems and improve the quality and safety of NDIS support – for you and other participants.

If you prefer to use the Twilight Feedback or Complaints process, you can find our online form HERE.

Our online form gives you the option to give feedback anonymously.

You can also offer feedback by placing a written communication in the  Feedback box in your home. Alternatively, speak to, email, or telephone your Facility Manager.
