Ramila is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience in the aged care sector and 12 years experience in senior management roles. She has a particular interest in mentoring staff and supporting staff development.
Ramila finds working in aged care extremely rewarding and enjoys developing relationships and providing emotional support to residents.
