Sai has worked in the Australian healthcare system for over 17 years, gaining extensive Nursing skills, including in the area of Aged Care. Sai has a passion to support residents to live well and thrive in their ‘twilight’ years. She believes in creating a healthy work culture for her staff team, enabling them to consistently deliver high quality, person centred care and support to every resident at Glades Bay Gardens.
Sai is an advocate for resident’s safety and well-being, with an open door policy for residents, families and staff which fosters transparency and an environment of trust and respect.
