Neil Wendt Postcard (148 x 105 mm)

Dear Twilight Family, Friends and Colleagues,

It is with deep regret and sadness that I share with you the news that our former CEO Neil Wendt passed away on Tuesday 21 January. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Jennifer and their two boys Nathan and Jarrad at this time. Neil’s untimely death is a great loss to us as an organisation and to his family and friends.

Neil had a vision with commitment,  inspirational leadership and passion for providing exceptional care to our residents with unwavering dedication. Neil was loved by residents, families and staff alike, and was largely responsible for the personal and special connection that we feel as “Twilight Family”. This connection is at the heart of Twilight’s existence and will continue as part of Neil’s legacy for us all. We will shortly begin recruiting for a new CEO, but in the interim we are fortunate to have James Carter acting in this role.

On behalf of our whole Twilight family,  we have expressed our heartfelt condolences to Neil’s family.

Kind regards

Lorraine Lovitt

On behalf of Twilight Aged Care Board and

James Carter

Acting CEO
